Mother's Bistro, Portland

First time in Mother's for breakfast and the biscuits and gravy with two eggs over-easy, were stupid good. The gravy was creamy, almost cream sauce creamy; similar in consistency and texture to what one would find in an alfredo sauce. Just a little crumbled sausage, not too much, and fluffy biscuits. Really, what else is there to describe, look at the picture of some really great biscuits and gravy. I think I had coffee for lunch, because I was still digesting this gut buster around 2pm that afternoon.
