"Hangover" Rib-Eye Sandwich

The Ham was cooking for 12 about a week ago. Rib-eye's, risotto, salmon tartare, lots of wine, and somehow tequila showed up on the table around midnight. Anyway, in addition to the brioche french toast I made the following morning, after a massive clean-up of the house, I made up some open-face rib-eye sandwiches for those that remained.

I dubbed it the "Hangover" Rib-Eye sandwich for obvious reasons, but here's the scoop:

Toasted Focaccia

Thinly Sliced Rib-Eye

House-Made relish of pickled red onions and sun-dried tomato

Savvy Catering Jalapeno Sweet and Sour Preserve

Feta Cheese and Fresh Herbs

Back all this in the oven until warmed through.
